Good questions don't ask for "woulds" or "coulds"
Good interviewing questions ask about the situation in which the candidate was placed, the action they did or did not take, and the outcome of those actions. When all three components are provided in the candidate's answer, you'll have a complete example of past behavior which gives specific, job related information. We'll even give you sample questions that are designed to show you how to create your own.
